As a young video production company we've been doing our accounts ourselves for a number of years and felt it was time to take the step to pass this on to a professional accountant service in order for us to focus more on creative projects and jobs, but to still feel our accounts would be in capable hands. The best thing about Freedom in Numbers is that they give you a whole system for managing your income and outgoings and make great use of technology like apps to capture receipts, etc.They've moved me away from creating my invoices by hand which not only saves me loads of time but looks more professional too.I really don't have to do anything except remember to forward any invoices/receipts to the system and then my accounts and tax returns are magically done for me!

Within 10 minutes of meeting Hannah from Freedom in Numbers I instinctively knew that I'd found someone who not only knew "her stuff" but who I could trust to guide me through the (for me at least) minefield of putting my business finances & thus my business itself on a firm foundation. Hannah is my 3rd accountant in 3 years of running my business. I struggled to find an accountant who was dedicated to helping new start up / small businesses get set up properly and feel fully supported. I needed an accountant who would be patient, explain things, support me and work as an extension of my team. I won't be changing accountants again. Hannah is wonderful. I finally feel I have someone I can trust to make sure the finance side of my business is being taken care of leaving me free to do what I enjoy most and what I'm good at in my business. I recommend Freedom in numbers and Hannah in particular, very highly and unreservedly. We moved offices recently and I started looking for an accountant closer to the new offices. In looking I came across Freedom in Numbers quite by chance. From the first meeting Hannah has done everything she said she would. Our accounting processes have been made simpler and easier, I always have up-to-date and accurate information on the financial health of our businesses. Hannah goes out of her way to provide a first-class service and is always looking for ways to improve business profitability.
